You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers of a super popular brand by answering telephones, providing customer information, handling transactions, managing customer access, and dealing with customer complaints.
The ideal Customer Care Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

Native in Spanish, German or English language

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales in cosmetics and beauty products
